Carrying Forward a Legacy of Service
Florentino Pascual Ruiz Memorial Foundation Inc.
Established 2003
The Florentino Pascual Ruiz Memorial Foundation Inc. (FPRMFI) was established in 2003 to honor the life and values of Florentino “Tinoy” Pascual Ruiz, a man remembered for his deep compassion, quiet generosity, and unwavering commitment to uplifting others.
When Tinoy passed away in 1999, his son Annelouiz “Nelz” Calvario Ruiz, Founder and Chairman Emeritus, sought to keep his father’s legacy alive. By naming the Foundation after him, Nelz transformed remembrance into a lasting mission of love and service.
Rooted in love for community and family, the Foundation seeks to turn memory into mission. We exist to bridge hope and opportunity—especially for the underprivileged—through programs that reflect Tinoy’s lifelong dedication to service.
